Refund Policy

Unfortunately, Sunny Dayz does not accept returns. Because our products are consumable and perishable, it is unsanitary to have them shipped back to our facilities. Please do not ship or return any packages. All returns without prior approval will be discarded on receipt. Damages Issues

Upon receipt, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or if thewrong product was shipped. At Sunny Dayz, we are committed to making it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your orderwithin 14 days for any reason and without a justification. Products must be in the same condition as received, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Sunny Dayz will notify you once we've received your request for a refund to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 15 business days. Please understand that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after your return has been approved, please contact us at service@drinksunnydayz.com. All refunds for orders that have already shipped are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
