By becoming a wholesale purchaser of product from Sunny Bev LLC (“Sunny Bev” or “Sunny Dayz”), youagree to abide by the Sunny Dayz Terms of Service (https://www.drinksunnydayz.com/policies/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://www.drinksunnydayz.com/policies/privacy-policy). In addition, you agree to abide by the following Shipping Policy and Refund Policy in lieu of the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy posted at drinksunnydayz.com.
As used herein, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sunny Dayz.
Wholesale Shipping Policy
Sunny Dayz uses our best efforts to ship all orders the same day if ordered before 11:00 am Eastern Time or the next business day if ordered at or after 11:00 am Eastern Time. We ship via USPS or UPS or, ifnecessary, through an alternative service.
1. Sunny Dayz offers free standard shipping on orders over $1,000. Quoted shipping times excludeholidays and weekends. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss expedited or custom shipping options.
2. You will be provided with a shipping tracking number after each purchase.
3. We cannot control delays that are caused by our shipping providers or circumstances beyond ourcontrol.
4. Please contact us if your order delivery is incomplete or returned to the sender. If we discover that ashipping error is our fault, we will reship the items at no cost. If the error is not our fault, we will only reship an order at your cost.
5. We will not ship products to any jurisdiction in which the use or sale of the product is illegal. However, itis your responsibility to buy, use, and sell our products in a manner consistent with law.
6. Sunny Dayz will not, under any circumstance, be responsible for any liability you incur by buying, using,or selling our products. You represent and warrant that you have all requisite licenses and permissions to purchase, use, and sell our products.
Wholesale Refund Policy
1. Our wholesale refund policy differs from our retail policy. Please review this refund policy carefully.
2. Sunny Dayz has a 30-day return policy on products that arrive defective or damaged from us.Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reason. Due to our products being consumable and therefore perishable, it is unsanitary to ship back to our facilities. Please do not ship or return any packages without prior notifications. All returns without prior approval will be discarded on receipt.If you have any questions, please email: service@drinksunnydayz.com.
3. If you accidentally accept our post-purchase promo to double your order at 20% off, and your order hasnot shipped by the time you request the refund, we will remove the additional products from your order and issue you a refund. However, if your order has already shipped, we can issue you a refund for the additional products, minus a $10 restocking fee.
